‘ 1- Görsel Yaşam/Işık algımız hakkında fikirler’

Işık enerjidir, ışık parçacıktır,ışık olgudur ve ışık bazen bunlardan çok daha fazlasıdır. Işık görsel dünyayı deneyimlememizi sağlar. Işık değiştikçe deneyimlerimiz de değişir, bu da mimari aydınlatma kavramının temelini oluşturur, aynen var olmamızın bir temeli olduğu gibi. Işığın muhteşem doğasını anlayabilmek için; temel ışık özelliklerini bilmenin yanısıra, gözlemcinin bir ‘görsel deneyim’ yaşadığını da unutmamak gerekir.Bu yazıda ‘görsel deneyimler’ ile ilgili bazı genel fikirlerimiz yer almaktadır.‎..

Elif Ayalp’in PLDC izlenimleri; 

Aydınlatma sektörünün önemli buluşmalarından biri sayılan  PLDC 2011  (Professional Lighting Design Convention) bu sene 18-25 Ekim tarihleri arasında İspanya’nın Madrid şehrinde düzenlendi. Kongreye Türkiye’den katılan az sayıda aydınlatma tasarım gruplarından biri olarak 4 gün boyunca eğitici ve düşündürücü çok sayıda konuşma ve sunum izleme fırsatı bulduk. Aydınlatma sektörünün son zamanlarda kafasını kurcalayan önemli noktalardan biri özellikle dikkatimizi çekti: sanat mekanlarında aydınlatma.

Planlux has started lighting design project of  T.C. MFA Bulding in Ankara for Essa Architecture.

Following the concept lighting design, schematic design of the project has been finalized as well. Overall, the project took  one and a half months to do. The building doesn’t seem that huge when you look at it from outside, although it takes up too much room. It is because the beauty of the architectural design. The building is not a mass of concrete, it has been spread horizontally, and hence you can’t understand the building’s hugeness.

The building is separated into 8 blocks: Block A is for the government department, Block B for meeting rooms and offices, C for hotel areas, dining rooms and spaces for kids, and the rest of the blocks include offices and courtyards. It is an important building for Turkish government and  the architecture is just perfect for the building of MFA. We have tried to keep the building’s characteristic during the lighting design stage.  (Başak Okay)
